Alison Irving Appleby, LMSW -
Compassionate Care for Pet Farewells
MY STORY
Compassionate Care for Pet Farewells
Alison received her Bachelors of Science from Fairfield University and her MSW from University of Denver. Alison has devoted many years to the care of creatures great and small. She has vast experience in animal rescue and welfare. Alison is a lifelong animal lover and pet owner. Growing up in a medical family and years spent in hospital/outpatient care management allows for comfort and familiarity with advocacy, handling emergent situations, and trauma. Recent work at a large equine rescue has opened the doors for amazing connections with talented and empathetic veterinarians. All told, Alison's heart lies in the care of others. The reality of living and loving is facing loss. No one should go it alone, especially with a precious animal. Let Alison, someone who really gets the connection shared, guide and support you. Peace is possible in the midst of this great transition.
